• Child information: You may provide children's names and birthdates.
• User content: Artwork and photos you upload to the app.
• Usage data: How you interact with our app to improve our service.
• Website analytics data: Pages and sections viewed, links and buttons clicked, scrolling, time engaged, browser and device information, referring website, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
• Advertising attribution data: Marketing parameters included in the link you use to visit our website, such as UTM parameters, Meta click IDs, campaign IDs, ad set IDs, ad or creative IDs, and placement.

Website Analytics and Session Replay

We use Mixpanel to understand how people use our website and which marketing brings them to Keepbox. Mixpanel may store a random visitor identifier in your browser and associate it with website events and session replays.

Session replay recreates interactions with the public website, including mouse or touch movement, clicks, scrolling, and page changes. Form inputs are masked. We do not configure session replay to collect browser console messages or network request contents.

We also use the Meta Pixel to measure visits and actions from Facebook and Instagram advertising. Read the Mixpanel Privacy Policy and Meta Privacy Policy for more information about how these providers process data.

Browser Privacy Signals

We respect supported browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals.
